Carnitas Street Tacos
We start with taking fresh pork shoulder and searing it on the griddle to get that perfect crust. Then it roast in a mix of oil, juice, and various spices for 7-9 hours till pull apart tender. To order, we sear an order or carnitas in butter to get that final crust. place it in three street tacos. Top it with onion, cilatro, and cojita cheese. Paired with limes, and our house made green and red salsas. Simple done the right way.
