Time to meet Ian Burns, the owner of Brown Bag Brewery: Ian is a veteran and family man with a huge love for hiking, old-school hip hop, and Tarantino films! Ian also runs the restaurant’s sister location, Brown Bag Burger + Bar in Flagstaff. His love for hearty and high-quality food pushed him to create a place to find everything you’d want in a restaurant: cool vibes, local art, homebrewed beers, and good food!
A 5-Year-Old Story
If we’re new to you, let us give you the scoop: Brown Bag Brewery started as a tiny shop tucked behind what’s now our home sweet home. With the love and support of our amazing community, we outgrew that little spot and made the big leap!
Fast forward four years, and here we are – serving up our passion for burgers and beers in a bigger, better space right by Prescott’s courthouse plaza. Fun fact: December 28th marks one year in our cozy downtown spot, expanding Brown Bag Burger to Brown Bag Brewery. Time flies when you’re flipping burgers and pouring brews!
